Registered Nurse - TAC Client

As a Registered Nurse with H1 Healthcare, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each client's individual needs. Working closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, you will follow care plans to ensure safe and effective support.


Your responsibilities includes:

• Medication administration
• Assisting clients with activities of daily living
• Providing emotional support and promoting community participation
• Manual handling, including the use of ceiling hoists
• Building strong relationships with clients and their families
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care
• Supporting clients with diverse physical, psychosocial, and complex care needs

Clinical Skills You'll Have the Opportunity to Develop:


Full training and support will be provided in areas such as:

• Ventilator care
• Nebuliser management
• Bowel care and Catheter care
• Tracheostomy
• Wound Care management

What We're Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Full Victorian Driver's Licence
• Confidence working independently within clients' homes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks safely
• Resilience and empathy when supporting clients with complex health and mental health needs
• Comfortable working around dogs
